RETURN POLICY

Our items are custom made and produced just for you. Therefore, Ugly Sweater Sweater DOES NOT accept returns.

Before being able to complete a purchase, each customer must check a box confirming that they have

  1. thoroughly reviewed the order for accuracy in sizing and other details and
  2. thoroughly read our return policies.

If Ugly Sweater Sweater makes a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace or repair the item. Ugly Sweater Sweater must be notified about any issues with an order within five (5) business days of delivery.

If an error was made due to incorrect information being provided by the customer, we are still happy to replace the item, but will charge an additional fee to do so.

Our sizing charts are as detailed as possible so be sure to read them carefully before purchasing.

Due to the fact that each item is made to order, your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed and we will not begin on your piece until payment is received.

Because of the personalized nature of our product, we do not accept returns. For the same reason, we cannot cancel orders once the order has been placed except in rare occasions.
